Trifle（查佛）
Trifle is a traditional British dessert which is resemble to pudding. It is usually made up of layers of fruit, cake or cookies and cream. In addition, it uses the cake or Lady-Finger(手指饼) soaked with liqueur(甜酒) such as sherry(雪利酒).
查佛的独特魅力在于层层叠叠的丰富体验和水果清甜与美酒香醇碰撞出的美好口感。丰富的材料、明显的层次感和足够的分量，给人带来的都是满足感啊~
Devonshire tea(奶油茶)
Devonshire tea is usually served as a dessert or afternoon tea and sold in all kinds of tea house and coffee shops.
It is usually made up of black tea, scones(烤饼), strawberry jam and solidified cream.
奶油茶是德文郡和康沃尔郡的传统食品，在不同的地方品尝奶油茶，细节上会略有不同。比如，在德文郡，习惯把草莓酱抹在热的司康上，然后再抹上奶油。而在康沃尔郡，一般则是先抹奶油。尽管传统的奶油茶是作为下午茶侍奉，但是只要你乐意，随时都可以去享用。
Welsh rarebit(威尔士兔子)
Don't be misled by its name, the ingredients of this dish have no connection with rabbit. The origin of this dish can not be known till now. But it is said that as early as eighteenth Century, people began to eat it. And it is known as the symbol of Welsh now.
威尔士兔子的做法是将奶酪、咸辣酱汁混合搅拌加热后，涂在吐司上烤制而成。威尔士兔子在各地的做法和配方都不尽相同，有时还会加入芥末酱、辣椒粉和伍斯特郡酱汁等调味。
Fish & Chips(炸鱼薯条)
Fish & Chips has been the most popular takeaway food inBritainfor a long time. Now, the British totally consume more than two hundred and fifty million portionsof fish and chips every year. What is the most interesting part of the famous snack is that it is traditionally wrapped in newspaper especially in the Times of the day so that people can enjoy the food and read newspaper at the same time.
炸鱼薯条的传统做法是将鱼（一般是鳕鱼和黑线鳕）两面裹粉后煎炸，配上比较粗厚的英式薯条（或许称之为薯棒更加合适吧），再淋上番茄酱、蛋黄酱或者芝士等调味酱汁。用报纸裹着炸鱼薯条一边走一边吃的英国人，大概也能称为是英国的特色风景吧。
